  1. Lessons from a PGA certified professional would be the best teaching aid…

  2. Buy a body size mirror…. to see your own swing….

Then… imitate Jim Furyk swing…. JUST JOKING.

  3. I bought the Medicus 5 iron and driver hoping it would help with a slice I was fighting at the time as the commercials claim it would. Those clubs did absolutely nothing to help me. In my opinion I wasted $200. I would say a net, practice mat, and practice balls to put in your yard would be best. That’s what helped me the most when I started playing.

  4. Why not look at what the tour pro’s are using, they won’t use a swing aid unless it works. The five I see most on tour are the Leaderboard, Putting Arch, Laser Line Putter, Balance Board, And the fat putter grip. Although the fat putter grip isn’t really a teaching aid, It is becoming very popular. To find out more about each go to the link below under “golf swing aids”.

  5. I second the net and mat!
It will allow you to hit more balls.
If you set it up in your garage it will allow you to hit all year long.
    Best Training Aid Ever!!!!

  6. I am not a big golfer (wish I could get out more), but I found a bunch of golf tips at the site listed below. Some are animated and some are actual videos. And it’s free!

  7. Honestly, get a lesson and learn how to putt. Those two things will be the best at bringing down your scores. Most of the items you see advertised are only gimmicks. Nothing beats an impartial eye analysing your swing and giving you real time tested drills to do while on the range. … speaking of the range. When on it, don’t just simply pound balls out there. Draw imaginary lines down either side to emulate a fairway. Pick targets within those boundaries … and aim at them. You’ll quickly see where you’re missing and will be better able to adjust.

Dont’ buy a net and a mat … you might just spend hours grooving the perfect hook or slice and never know it!

Hit ‘em hard …. they’ll land somewhere!

  8. Medicus is the best.
